for u guys info, im still in the gymnastic training process....
well this is the 1st time training SOLO in school gym....
training non stop and no rest allowed...
en zambri pushing me hard enuff and its a tough task for me...
but wad im happy was, i learnt 3 technique in 1 day whereas normal ppl only learn a single technique in a month...me in ONE DAY!!!!
tats the benefit.here comes the lost
this whole day, i couldnt stand str8 longer than 20 second...my leg feels like shaking...shoulder oso goddamn painful...
tough time for me to copy things in tuition todae...
im sick of this pain.

with training, i am able to participate competition nex year onwards...
stop training, usaha aku sia sia selama ini dan sememangnya tidak dibenarkan untuk participate competition nex year.
damn i couldnt make a decision
