Training

todae sudah trial me macam takpe.main go training lagi.

started at 3.ada new member.welcome xD

babi tat fella learn even faster than me.maybe coz his background???(senior in seni silat)

today do fully physical exercise where it helps to build body muscles.

my stomach hurts now.

my arm hurts too.

succeed doing double back handspring.*bangga face*

b4 going back dia bagi aku warm down not cool down.

cara dia bagi aku warm down adalah seperti yang berikut :
- ask me meniarap.
- he raise up his leg
- step on my back and giv me body massage by using his leg.
- done.

cikgu,this thursday training lagi ke?
