and oh...I OSO PARTICIPATED ACARA TARIK TALI !!! AGAIN !!! WOOOHOO !!!!

and we sapu every team today.so far we're the top :D

tml is the final...scare scare oo...and 400m running tml..every1 pray for me yar ^^

and hor...coach told us today that the competition is probably on nex week..so nit extra training...

today training damn dissapointed la...how can all the skills that i learnt and did perfectly before made me pokai more than 20 times??

this is seriously pressuring me before competition.

i feel stress and scared :(
